Terms of service

Last updated 19 October 2026. These terms apply when you buy a check, monthly tracking or a fix pack from Tuen Productions (business name TUEN PRODUCTIONS, ABN 33 547 291 264), Ashwood VIC.

1. What we do (scope)

  • Visibility check (A$299): we ask 10 fixed questions about your business, trade and suburb in ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews/AI Mode and Perplexity, 3 times each (120 answers). We record how often you're mentioned or recommended, who's recommended instead and which sources are cited, and we check your Google Business Profile and your website's LocalBusiness markup. You get a written report with FAQ gaps and the top 5 fixes, plus a 20-minute call.
  • Monthly tracking (A$99 a month): we re-run the same questions each month and send a one-page change report.
  • Fix pack (A$490, optional): we write LocalBusiness markup and FAQ content for your website and update your Google Business Profile, once you give us access. Anything outside this list is extra and we'll quote it first.
  • Free pilot checks include the same report and call at no cost, with no obligation to buy anything.

2. No guaranteed rankings or AI recommendations

We don't control ChatGPT, Gemini, Google, Perplexity or any other AI or search tool, and their answers change often. We can't guarantee that you'll appear in, rank in or be recommended by any of them, or that any fix will change what they say.

3. Results are a snapshot

A report shows what the AI tools said on the days we ran the questions. Answers vary between runs, which is why we run each question 3 times and show the range. Results can be different the next day.

4. Payment

Checks and fix packs are paid upfront before we start. Monthly tracking is paid upfront each month. Prices are in Australian dollars. We're not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

5. Cancelling monthly tracking

You can cancel monthly tracking at any time by giving us 7 days' notice by email to sales@tuenproductions.com.au. There's no lock-in contract and no exit fee.

6. You control your own accounts

Your website, Google Business Profile and other accounts stay yours. For the fix pack, you give us manager or editor access, which you can remove at any time. We'll never ask for your passwords. We'll show you changes before we make them, and you're responsible for approving what goes on your site or profile.

7. Limit of our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with our services is limited to the fees you've paid us for the service concerned.

8. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. If we fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you're entitled to the remedies the law provides, such as having the service done again or a refund.
