Privacy note

Last updated 19 October 2026. Tuen Productions (business name TUEN PRODUCTIONS, ABN 33 547 291 264) is based in Ashwood VIC. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • What you give us on the request form or by email: your name, business name, suburb, trade, email, and your phone number and website if you choose to.
  • Whether you've agreed to be contacted about your check, and whether you've opted in to occasional updates, with the date.
  • Public information about your business that we look at for the check, such as your Google Business Profile, website and reviews, and the answers AI tools give about you.

This website doesn't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts.

Why we collect it

  • To reply to your request, run your check, send your report and arrange your call.
  • To bill you and keep business records if you buy a service.
  • To send occasional updates, only if you ticked that box. Every update has an unsubscribe link, and we act on unsubscribes within 5 business days.

How we store it

We keep your details in our business email and files, using reputable providers with password protection and two-step sign-in. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above or as the law requires (for example tax records), then delete it.

Who we share it with

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with service providers we use to run the business (such as email and payment providers) or where the law requires. When we run a check we type your business name and suburb into AI tools, but not your personal contact details.

Access and correction

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We'll respond within 30 days.
